Well made and will last forever. I use this card in meditation and in my everyday as reminder that I’m an energy body. Seeing this image reminds me to check in with how I feel and to notice my energy state.

When I first saw this image I couldn't take my eyes off of it! The mystical sparkling beauty of it blew me away. I now have it on my altar to remind me each time I'm meditating that I Am That, it's simply a matter of remembering and choosing this throughout my day - which is the spiritual practice!
