At first I thought I had purchased a CD all about the power of laughter. Then I realized that the continual spontaneous laughter on this CD was uplifting, contagious and just what I needed. As a Naturopathic physician I’m familiar with the great power of laughter to raise endorphins and other beneficial neurotransmitters. This CD gives me the uplifting experience that I can listen to over and over. Just writing this review and thinking about my experience listening to this CD has brought a smile out on my face!
