Each one of us comes from creation as a spark of light, a star. As we move through many lifetimes, we forget our divine origins in God and the beauty of who we are. In this recording, Sai Maa walks us through the process of enlightenment, reminding us that we are still that spark of light, still perfect, but we must shed the layers of imperfection through purification. Sai Maa teaches us that this is the role of daily spiritual practice; we learn to live in a way that feeds our souls and intensifies the awareness of the magnificent beings we truly are.
