For this edition, printed on museum-quality Hahnemühle Metallic Paper, only 200 total of each of the 12x18 size and 100 total of each of the 16x24 will be printed. Each print is hand numbered, rolled professionally for shipping, and ready for framing.
About Kate Woodman
Born in Darmstadt, Germany, Kate Woodman was brought up in Connecticut and currently calls Portland, Oregon home. A structural engineer by training, Kate developed her love of photography in 2011 while investigating earthquake damage in New Zealand. What began as a compulsion to document the environment expanded into a fascination for narrative storytelling, with a conceptual twist. Her engineering background serves her well in her photography, provoking a sense of balance and attention to detail and engendering a creative approach to the technical challenges of creating an image. This, in conjunction with her love for all things classical, render her aesthetic clean and timeless—a nod to the past but assuredly modern in appeal.
Kate currently works in the commercial and editorial worlds, with a client list including Airbnb, FCB Health, Lord Jones, Wieden + Kennedy, Harman Kardon, JBL, Nike, Amika, Alyson Eastman, Purity Vodka, Saints & Sinners, Pendleton, GoDaddy, Scepter & Sword Wine Co., British Vogue, and Marie Claire. Kate is also an educator and teaches workshops around the world focusing on color theory and storytelling. You can view Kate's portfolio on her website www.katewoodman.com.
