After 10 years with Maa I have heard "Just Allow" quite a few times. However, now, it's as if it's for the first time. Nothing much happens...Maa's tender, loving compassionate voice guides me to land quietly inside myself. Letting go, relaxing, turning all senses inward. Nothing more to do. Just be. Ahhh.... nothingness, oneness, heart-soul-Source connection. Deep gratitude
